Indoor Pickups have limited availability and longer lead times. If possible, move your appliance to an outdoor location and schedule an Outdoor Pickup for faster service. Otherwise, proceed with Verify Eligibility and Schedule. You will be asked to sign a damage waiver before our team can remove the unit inside the home.

Customers who have an electric account with LG&E or KU can schedule for no-cost appliance recycling. We’ll provide pickup, handling the recycling process at our facility, and give you a $50 rebate for participating.
